Anyone can practice meditation


Meditation can bring more ease, clarity, and a greater sense of well-being to your life.  Our free weekly classes provide individualized guidance to help you establish a regular practice and get the most benefit out of meditating.  The classes are free of new age jargon and religious dogma, and you’ll be able to start meditating after your first class.
